It is in a very good location just about 5 minutes, if that from the Lake. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The room was lovely - very modern and very clean. The hotel also has a very good restaurant attached. We would always look to stay at this hotel when in Lucerne.

The best part is that it offers free internet facility. Excellent location and very warm front office staff. I would recommend this hotel for every kind of traveler and would definitely stay in this hotel whenever I return to Lucerne.

They should be commended for their fine attitude and helpful service. The staff at the Le Jardin Breakfast restaurant was very efficient and warmly welcomed the guests. The restaurant LaRecolte had the most disgusting attitude I have experienced in many years. The head waiter obviously did not like the single guest. He made a very clear facial expression as he threw menus on a table and ordered me to sit there. The staff obviously disliked the single guest. This was expressed by their rude service and distainful attitude. The service was very slow and the food mediocre. Another single guest seemed to be given the same kind of treatment.
