A great way to be treated in a new country . The staff overall were efficient and the hotel was clean. The hotel situation was perfect as it was about a 20 min walk to St Marks and lots to do and see. Overall a very pleaant stay.

Room was small but it was a single so I guess it's to be expected.

The room is very silent, which is a very good point. The shower unit is not very good. The view was very beautiful (with the Grande Canal just below the windows). As a conclusion, I would say that the price was a bit expensive for the quality of the room ; but I don't know other hotels in Venice: maybe is it a common price?

The location was good near the railway station. The room was very clean with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and the staff cleaned the room each day.

Everything is nice except that the bed size is small and somehow too soft.
