I was happy also with the staff service. Thank you.

THIS IS TOO LATE FOR PEOPLE STAYING ON BUSINESS WHO HAVE MEETINGS TO ATTEND. I SUGGEST AN 0630 START, WHICH IS TYPICAL FOR OTHER EUROPEAN/US HOTELS I REGULARLY STAY IN. DESPITE ASKING FOR A QUIET ROOM, I GOT VERY LITTLE SLEEP BECAUSE THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING, SO I HAD TO HAVE THE WINDOW OPEN. THIS OPENED ONTO AN INTERNAL WELL WHICH WAS EXTREMELY NOISY FROM EVERYONE ELSE WITH THEIR WINDOWS SIMILARLY OPEN. THERE WAS ALSO ADDITIONAL NOISE FROM AN ADJACENT LIFT. MY ROOM (7036 I THINK) IS NOT A QUIET ROOM.
