The extra bed we requested in the room was totally unconfortable. Breakfast was superb, room service not so good, food quality at night time was nothing to compare to breakfast time. Very strange considering it should come from same department. I was reporting all those issues to the receptionists where the team has been very helpful The " subdirectora" Sandra Herrera has held my complaint in a professional way. Overall I had a fatastic stay and great holiday thanks again
