Staff helpful on request for inter connecting family room. Good base for short term stay in Venice. V. close to airport with shuttle bus to and from airport.

One can catch the bus (right across the street) to the canals of the city. The staff was great. The rooms and facilities were super great.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was already cooled down and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was an awesome American breakfast with many choices and the eggs were hot (something we had not experienced in a long while). Getting to the hotel from the train station was easy enough; just take bus #5. Where to get off the bus could be marked a little better. If it weren't for people on the bus going to the same hotel as us we probably would not have known where to get off. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and very quick. The staff was very helpful and even changed my left over Euros into American cash for me. Thank you so much. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to be near the airport.

Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Appreciate the 5:00 a.m. shuttle bus to the airport. Hotel is located about 15 minutes from Venice but is accessible by city bus which departs from the front of the hotel every 30 minutes. It is also located 1 km ( .6 miles ) from the Marco Polo International Airport. I would recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.

There is a free shuttle that operates during all airport hours. It is the best place to stay if you are arriving late or departing early. The bus stop for Venice is just across the street. The rooms are clean, quiet , and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast is wonderful. We did not eat any other meals at the hotel. I enjoyed a private wine tasting at the bar. I will stay here again.

We chose it because of its location to the airport as we had an early morning flight to catch. However, I would certainly recommend staying at your hotel for other reasons. The convenient connection to Venice was great with the public bus pickup right across the street. The van service to the airport was made for our personal flight time and the driver helped us with our bags. Our room was so nice and clean and it was a pleasure to relax in it after a hectic two weeks of travel. The early morning buffet breakfast was amazing and I think it was available from 4am on which met our needs. It was quite a spread and there was something for every palate. I will certainly stay in your hotel again and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you. nancy burke
