The only problem is we were situated on a smoking floor which wasn't that pleasant, hopefully laws will change though! It was a pleasure to stay at the Crowne Plaza Brussels

It started at 7.00 on the Sunday morning!!!!! When I complained to the Reception it felt like they had a story made up and were just telling the same thing to everyone that complained. I don't think this is good enough. Especially on a Sunday morning. Otherwise - an ok hotel to stay in.

Unbeatable for Londoner!

As a couple on a weekend break the hotel was very conveniently located to brussel's main sights, the hotel also has a metro line underground to sightsee if you dont feel up to much walking :), as well as connecting to all main stations. The room price was very reasonable, we did not eat in the hotel as we preferred to try out local restaurants, breakfast was an optional extra which seemed very expensive for a continental buffet. Overall very happy with the hotel & would definitely recommend it to anyone who is spending a few days in Brussels
