The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a wide variety of choices.

The best aspect about "Creatif Hotel Elephant" is its proximity to Munich Central railway station - its just 2min walk.
The cleanliness, and the facilities provided in the hotel is very good for a weekend trip especially for tourists.
I didn't try the buffet breakfast offered by them but the cafetaria looks attactive.
Also, the staff is very helpful especially for 1st timer to Munich - by helping a lot on tourist info (maps and train info).
Also, this place is very near to the best shopping place of Munich - Mariamplatz.
Last but not the least.... for just 44 euro(special offer I got from holiday city), apart from the excellent facilities mentioned above they also give free wireless internet access which was really very useful to me.
Overall I strongly recommand this Hotel.

The hotel was excellent value for money. The breakfast
was very good and the rooms were very clean. The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, or the ability to buy tea or coffee during the day was the only downside
to our stay, and we were there for a week. The proximity to the main station was very good.

I spent two days at the Creatif Elephant Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The convenience of the hotel being so close to the main city centre, breakfasts were very good and the fact that they had a free internet computer for guests to use was fantastic.

Excellent room amenities and strategic location - about 5mins walk from the main train station and about 15mins walk to the city center.

The staff were friendly - not always there in the foyer to help, but they were kind. They could not help with the phone, they did not know how it worked or what its rates were - I needed to make an important phone call. I was promised on the Internet that I would be able to pay with my credit card, and was not able to do so, I had to make other arrangements for cash. Please state this on the website. However, the location was great and overall cleanliness and service good, Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Creatif Hotel Elephant Munich very much. The location is wonderful; we could walk to everything. We also enjoyed our free breakfasts; the food was very good.

Clean , comfortable hotel, decent breakfast and ensuite shower room. great location as so near city centre and hauptbahnhof. helpful staff , would stay there again.

We would recommend this hotel for sure, the staff was courteous and helpful, the hotel is in a great location, near all the tourist sights and main train station as well as public transportation. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel was lovely and in a nice area, very central. The staff very very nice and helpful. Room was small and comfortable, However it was very noisy in the mornings.

Trully excellent value for money! Great service! Hot tea was available at any time, coffee served in the morning. Good breakfast, internet. The bed needs a cover so that can lay down for a while in clothes. We didn't want to sit down on the bed in jeanse that you wear outside. One large blanket would be better than 2 small ones. We also didn't like the mess in the bathroom left after every time you take a shower. Longer shower curtain might be a solution.
