After the custom, take on the left and walkthrough the whole building. Go through the revolving door, will enter the railway station. Buy a ticket to Geneva or Lausanne or Berne at the counter on the opposite side of the hall. For Geneva take any train that leave the station as every train stops in Geneva Main Station.
For Berne and Lausanne, check on the departure panel above each track. Journey to Lausanne last approximately 40 minutes. Journey to Berne is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
From Zurich Airport:
After the custom, follow the sign with a train (train station) to the second basement of the airport. Buy a ticket from the counter and check on the blue departure panel when the next train is. Journey to Berne last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, to Lausanne is approximately 2 hour and 30 minutes and to Geneva is approximately 3 hour.
