Very Good hotel for people travelling by car.
A little far from the city centre.

A very pleasant experience overall.
Comfortable rooms and very helpfull friendly staff. Even though the hotel was busy and we had to wait a few minutes for a table one morning at breakfast, there was an adequate choice of food and the staff worked hard to keep it replenished. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening as we preferred to eat out in Verona.
The hotel however is approx 9kms to the south of Verona in a quiet location, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone without their own transport unless they are prepared to pay for taxis.

We were pleased with the level of service and also of the hotel itself. Nice quiet location - out of town. The only thing was we had to catch a bus into town. Staff who attended to us was excellent and polite. Had an enjoyable stay.

the lift didn't reach floor 4 where my room was

I booked 6 rooms for 12 people for our visit to the Opera and the hotel was considered very good value for money. The cleaning of our rooms was overlooked one day.

The report Q/P is v good we would like to have non smoking room in the future.

Limited access to the city unless you have a car The room was too small for three beds. The noise from other rooms and the corridor was disruptive at night, particularly on the night of the 7th Sept.

Location is far away from Verona. Rarely bus to Verona. The map in internet is cheating the customer, because it does not show that the location is outside Verona.

We did not spend enough time in the hotel to get a proper "feel of the place", however all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is quite far from the city centre and a lot of our budget was taken in taxi fares. We has a triple room which was of adequet size for all three people to move around in comfortably. The mini bar and television features were nice touches and of a resonable price.
