Easy walking distance (3 minutes) from the main station. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room and public areas spotlessly clean. Breakfast selection excellent.

Therefore a suggestion is that walking directions from the main station with a little map be given with email confirmation receipt. The staff member working at that hour was very helpful and courteous. The room was much bigger and more comfortable than I expected. It was clean, the bathroom was also very clean and the welcome water and chocolate was a very nice touch. A free vrr ticket was supposed to be part of my room package but I did not receive it nor was I given any explanation why. Breakfast was very well done. The food served was great and the fruits were a welcome addition. All in all I had a great stay and look forward to being a guest there again.

The hotel is very secure with locked doors to the hotel and each floor, giving access only to guests. There is no bar or restuarant although the buffet breakfast was very good. All the staff were very helpful and spoke good english, which helped me as I do not speak german. Overall a very pleasant hotel which I would use again if I were in the area.

The breakfast was awesome and lots to choose from. Perfect for what we needed...simply a place to sleep! The bathroom was so clean and actually made me want to take a shower in it rather than waiting until I got home!!
