The maid did not always clean the glasses or clean the room properly. This only happened on a couple of occasions.

It is clear that if we book through companies like yours that we get the less attratractive rooms to the same rate as any other room. So thats why I rated value for money poor. But your service was great.

Staff were very helpful Tasteful decor, good size and I had a great view.

My wife and I found him to be rude, surly and inattentive. As with all hotels my wife and I stay in it could have done with more hangars in the wardrobe.
