I keep using this hotel because of location, staff help and its convenience

Staff great and service excellent, great location.

Thus, there was too much noise to be able to sleep. I have not slept for the 2 nights I stayed at this Hotel. The bed had a very deep section in the middle, almost like a hole. It should have been trashed long before. I could not sleep at all.

Very clean. Didn't get the fireplace and balcony that was offered in the email.
