It is so close to the Duomo and all the activity of the Galleria. The staff was very helpful in getting a cab when we needed it. That is a huge value as it is sometimes difficult to get a cab in Milan.

They were only interested in promoting limo transfer to airport, instead of calling taxi or helping with bus or train. Room was dated and in need of refurbishment. Lightbulb and fittings broken in bathroom. No iron/ironing board and the only plug/powerpoint adaptor the hotel had available was broken. I would only stay in this hotel if a refurbished room was available.
