They were always available and willing to assist us in many ways including using the internet and finding the appropriate transportation to use to get to and from various venues throughout the city. The hotel is located in a convenient location in that it is very close to the subway and if you want to walk to the Rambla it takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes. We ate breakfast in the hotel every morning and found it to be quite good. The room was spacious and very clean. We would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.
