Splendid staff and situation
If you want to be in the centre of rome, ideally placed for the sights and shopping then you couldn't do better than the del corso. and although you are on a busy street it is quiet at night.
the staff were brilliant, the room spotlessly
... clean and there was some updating going on to the reception area while i was there giving it a more welcoming atmosphere.
an improvement would have been to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room in addition to the well stocked refrigerator. breakfast was adequate (not quite fair as i am not a great breakfast eater) and i was able to take coffee to my room.
i noticed the lack of a folder with useful information about the hotel, i. E. How to use the phone or what was available locally. also there seemed to be no safety instructions or evacuation procedures although there were hoses and extinguishers strategically placed.
all in all an excellent hotel which i would recommend.
