The public areas of the hotel were very nice and pleasant and provide good value. The room smell though, brought the experience down several notches I'm afraid. We had two rooms that were on the level below reception, so basement/ground level (the building is on a slope). Both rooms had a distinct mildewy smell, and room 404 had a gassy smell that was bad enough as to be unhealthy. When mentioned to the staff at the front desk, the response was decidely bland and uninterested. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and pleasant, but for this one issue. It seemed as if it is a chronic problem for that room, and so, is not dealt with any urgency.

There are a few businesses round there so it gets very busy and theres a lack of parking. Like alot of mediterranean the room was covered in polished tillswhich proved rather slippy when wet.

Location was great - quiet, near the sea but with a quick easy walk up gentle steps to the town. Good choice of food at breakfast for 7.5 euros We were offered the opportunity when we arrived, at a small cost to upgrade which we did to a room with sea view.

Quiet and a short walk to the city center. The economy double was a lot smaller than expected.

We were very happy there except for the really uncomfortable beds. we would recommend the hotel to others if the beds were made more comfortable The mattress was very uncomfortable and we had very bad sleep. Teac and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. The room on the whole though was very nice!
