The walls seemed quite thin... The room was a good size. Nice clean bathroom, good little fridge and a safe which was very handy.

The room itself was very comfortable but we were downstairs in a very dark room. The window opened onto a narrow alley (hence we didn't open it) and was quite noisy in the mornings.

The location was beautiful with the fishing marina just around the corner. Although the room was very small the view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius made up for it.

My wife and I were given a room with two separate beds (when we asked for one bed) and then when we discussed this with the hotel staff member we were ignored and told we would be charged more for a room with one bed. I was VERY dissapointed and won't use Holiday City nor this hotel again.

Hotel well situated, staff helpful and breakfast good.

Room was small but adequate with effective airconditioning. Towels weren't changed in bathroom for second night.

Only 10 mins walk to centre of Sorrento and no major hills to climb either! Reception and bar area was clean and modern and also had tables and wicker chairs outside the main reception which was lovely to sit at for a cool drink. Although the hotel had no swimming pool the sundeck on the top floor was great with comfortable sunbeds to relax on and a view to die for of Vesuvius and the harbour and sea. Staff really helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and can't wait to go back!! The room was quite small but we had booked a cheaper room anyway so expected that. It was immaculately clean with nice furniture, satellite TV and air conditioning. The external electronic blinds were great to block out all light so good for sleeping. The bathroom was quite small but suited our needs and had a great power shower with additional jets which we were impressed with. Floor tiles were also very nice.
