Overview
Hotel De La Reconquista Oviedo was built over the remains of a singular building of the 18th Century and former Hospice and Hospital of the Principality of Asturias. It is located in the most central residential and business area of the city of Oviedo. The hotel was inaugurated in the events that have taken place in the Principality of Asturias. The Prince of Asturias Foundation meets every year in this hotel for the Award of Prizes, which presented at a formal act in the Theatro Campoamor. The Prince, the King and Queen, are the guests of honor for the hotel every year in the month of October, attracting numerous personalities from the worlds of sciences, letters, art, politics and others. Hotel De La Reconquista Oviedo is a hotel for reference, giving an image of tourist quality in Asturias to the outside world. Its objective is to continue the excellence of its installation and services that is shown in its recent Hotel Quality Certification, which was awarded by the Spanish Tourist Quality Institute.
