Giorgio, the first person I encountered could not have been nicer or more helpful... he and the others went out of their way to make my stay fabulous. The location is not in the heart of Roma but only a few metro stations away and there are some nice sites and restaurants in this area too. I'd recommend it to anyone based on the great service.
