We arrived via train and picked up a rental car, at a location fairly close to the hotel, to continue our travels.

Surely there is a more appropiate gadget to do the job. We were located on the quiet side of the hotel and that was good bathroom was ok but shower glass door needs pulling inwards from on top to fold properly close. A bit unwieldy for elderly people glass shelves beneath mirror in bathroom could be a bit larger. toothpaste and some other thing we had to place on the tissue box. breakfast was plenty and varied especially the cooked and delikatessen items. But once taken items were not all time time immediately replenished. One receptionist really made us feel welcome - smile and ready answers. Another seemed a bit sullen. room service - on one occasion beds were not yet made by 3.00pm. Perhaps more use of English for general information. Otherwise comfortable

Room was not large but I found it really good. The only drawback is the lack of a fridge.

Changed to room with inoperative minibar. Changed again to room with what I should have had originally! Not good enough!

Very convenient. Unfortunately, it is near some of the strip club area, but I have never felt unsafe. I continue to return to this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff is outstandingly professional. I am always welcomed.

The pillows are too soft and not comfortable.

The breakfast was very good and the free drinks in refrigerator were a nice addition. We were pleased with our room, but it was cold and our windows did not have to be open. I can see that in the warmer months, it could be too noisy to get much rest. The front faces a busy street and the back faces a courtyard that has an ourdoor cafe. We will probably use them again if it is the same time of year. They are close to everything.
