Diethnes Hotel is close to the commercial centre of Athens as well as nearby many archaeological sites at Plaka (about 5 minutes away via Metro) and the fleamarket of Monastiraki. Moreover the hotel is easily accessible from the port of Piraeus by the Metro (green line) and then change to the red line, to Larissis Station where the Diethnes Hotel is located.
There are two options to reach the hotel from the airport, either by suburban railway which ends at the Larissis Station in around 38 minutes from the airport, or by the Metro which is approximately 45 minutes to the Metro station Stathmos Larissis (red line). The last metro train leaves the airport at 8:30 pm and the last suburban train at 8:20 pm.
