We arrived late (having gotten lost) and they kept the bar open so we could eat and the man behind the desk could not have been friendlier to my nephew. We loved the hotel (even though it was very very tough to find).

Front desk man was very nice and tried to help. Fine room but complicated to operate the TV. I think the batteries were dead on remote.

Towels poor. Shower spilled over. Climate control was very difficult.
