Parking garage is 1 block away. Front desk clerk not helpful. I asked if she could give me directions to airport and she said, "no." When manager appeared she pulled out a map of local area and scribbled lines (which covered street names) to get out of the neighborhood. She couldn't even help me make a phone call to the airline. After 2 hours in the room I inquired about checking out which would have cost me the full night so we endured but it was awful. They did provide a small electric fan. No air conditioning, window on very busy street.

A very noisy road. OK if in the winter because then you would not probably have the window open but in the summer. Woken up very early with traffic. Exceedingly disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room as it was stated that there was and it was very very hot!!!!!
