May visit to Rome! We particularly enjoyed our stay because we were upgraded to a suite as the hotel had mistakenly reserved a singel room! My brother who was staying at the same time in the hotel was not impressed as he had an ordinary room !!!! We would have preferred a more city centre location but it was lovely and only a taxi ride away.

I'm not sure what made it a superior room ?

Most staff were very pleasant and helpful but some were arrogant and supplied incorrect information which costs us in money and time. I would recommend but warn as well. The room was large by Roman standards, very clean and well decorated. The bathroom was very modern and housekeeping was excellent.

Room was excellent. There was a safe in the room which was important to us.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated and reasonable size.
