Breakfast room staff are efficient and friendly. Overall it has lived to our expectation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dream Castle except for the following:- (1) Our reservation was for a family of three. Our internet booking confirmed that our room type was Superior 2 queen beds. This did not happen but instead our room type was a standard room with two single beds joined together. On arrival the reception staff informed us that a third bed will be provided after we had checked into our room. We left our room for the Disney park in the evening and returned before mid-night to find the bed for my daughter had not been delivered. It took one more phone call and a final visit to the reception before my daughter's bed had finally arrived, this was almost midnight. It was a great shame that we were let down by the reception service staff at the first night of our 4 days stay at Dream Castle, Disneyland Paris. (2) It would be great if a tea making facility is available e.g. a simple thing likes a kettle would be most appreciated.
