Much bigger than expected, ample storage space, nice clean bathroom etc. Top notch.

No apology given. We had booked a twin room and got a very small room with a double bed against the wall. They said they had no other rooms even though our booking statede a twin room. When we asked for more bedding for one of us to sleep on the floor they did find another room with two single beds!!

The view from the bedroom window was of the station ( we were at the back). I have to say that the photo of the hotel is VERY misleading. It gives the impression of being close enough to the Dom cathedral to veiw it from the rear. This is NOT the case as it backs onto the station. Not sure if this comes into the class of misrepresentation but we were rather disappointed. Having said that, as tourists we only wanted a clean bed/room for the night and a decent breakfast each morning, which we did get. We would stay there again.

A later breakfast left little choice of foods until the staff noticed and rectified the situation. But for me that was too late. A good 3* hotel Being a railwayman, whilst I enjoyed the activity of the railway station outside my window, I think guests should be warned about the noise this incurs, especially at night and in the early hours.
