Reviewer: Carolyn Gray Date of review: 7 July 2006 Recommends this hotel: NO Room Hotel Facilities 2 Bed 1 Ambience 1 Cleanliness 1 Service 1 Room Size 1 Location 2 Amenities 1 Value for Money 1 Hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme so unless they can guarantee a newly updated room DO NOT BOOK IN Older rooms are appalling - very outdated toilets chipped furntiture etc. and all in all very, very tired. Best thing about the Hydro is the approach which looks very grand but unfortunately after the approach everything is downhill.
