Despite informing the Hotel immediately we had to pay for 2 nights making this a very expensive break. There were no 'extras' included. Breakfast was extra and if you even touched something on the mini bar you were charged for it. Completely souless. We didn't eat in the Hotel at all so can't comment on this.

We knew the rooms are small before we checked in. Didn't bother us at all as all amentities and comforts meet our expectations after reading most reviews. Its a nice 15mins walk to Damrak. Otherwise, tram 4 & 9 (station located 3mins further down the hotel) bring you there. Location is great. Convenient and safe. We are on the list of returning guests!
