I chose this hotel online when I was in London and confirmation of the booking was immediate which was reassuring of an efficiently run organization. On arrival next day, the staff knew (guessed) who I was and my room was ready. This hotel is good value with its handy location to the Frankurt Hauptbahnhof and airport connection, clean facilities and excellent buffet breakfast included in the cost.
The downside to staying in many European hotels, like the Elbe, is that smoking is still permitted even in the restaurant and the smell of stale smoke permeates the building.
