Buffet breakfast excellent. We have stayed in 7 other hotels in Vienna, and this is the one we will be returning to on our next visit. Bedroom excellent. A non-functioning lamp was attended to promptly. Bathroom was on the small side and no soap tablet - only soap dispensers, difficult and inconvenient to use.

Instead I got a dark 1st floor room.

Excellent reception from all staff. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Excellent room - much larger than we expected. Sound proofed.
