I Knowthis hotel since many years.The service is very good,especialy at the front-desk and breakfastroom.I will recommend this hotel.I enjoyed my stay ans the staff is very friendly and polite.thank you.

The location was excellent - it is very near the station - and it was good value. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very efficient.

Once you found out how to get there, it is actually very convenient as it is just 2 blocks from railway station. Room was super clean, bed sheets are most comfortable. Breakfast was not fancy but just right. Ample parking right in front of hotel is also convenient considering it is right in the city.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was very good as well and although it was very difficult to locate the hotel in the middle of Lausanne, once we managed to find it, we had a pleasant time. There are some nice walks from the hotel to the main attractions of Lausanne. I recommend this hotel, overall.

The reception staff very very helpful in suggesing an excellent place to eat dinner. The location of your hotel is excellent for exploring the city on foot. One suggestion we could make is that a map provided at booking time would have made it easier for us to find the hotel. We circled around for 45 minutes before we actually found it.

It's also an easy walk down to the Lake, taking approximately 20 minutes. The staff are all very pleasant & helpful. The buffet breakfast selection is excellent and of a good standard. The hotel also has a lovely, secluded garden. We are a family of two adults and two children (11 & 8) and we have now stayed at the hotel twice. We really like it, can recommend it highly and we're sure we'll visit again soon!!
