It's centrally located (5 minutes) to Vatican City and many other sites. The room was a bit small; the bathroom smaller; however, we were never there long enough for it to matter.

Room was very small, but had good aiconditioning!

Room was always clean. Room was exceptionally small. Furniture was placed at awkward angles that made movement around the room difficult.

Breakfast adequate but basic. passing traffic can be noisy at the front but rooms at back are very quiet.

If i went back i would try to get a hotel a bit closer to the spanish steps or via del corso and pay 10 euro more, because of the long walks to get to the main activities. High ceiling and spacious, but noisy fan on bathroom and poor sound isolation.
