The room was small and a request for a larger room on return since we had reserved a room for an extra bed was denied in an unpleasant manner. We chose to stay in another hotel on our return to Madrid.

The triple and one of the double rooms were of excellent standard, however the final 2 bed room was of a lesser quality with none of the added extras such as cd player of dressing gowns.
