Parking outside is restricted and the hotel car park is about 4 blocks away, but owing to the works in central Alicante this did involve a bit of a detour!The reception staff were great and helpful too. The room was great value, although we had asked for single beds we got a double, but as we were there for 1 night we let it go. The safe in the room was defective, swallowed my Euro but wouldn't let go of the key. Again we didn't feel too aggrieved. There are no tea making facilities in the room but the cafe downstairs has a good selection at a reasonable price. As a one night hotel booked at a very reasonable price on line, we were satisfied, had we payed full whack it might have been a different story. G&K
