Comment on Hotel :
as you pull up to a petrol station in the rather grim looking 'new town' of arezzo (near the main conference venue), you find the hotel hidden behind a lonely looking pump. however, once you step inside it does look like a 4 star hotel - all nice marble and people in suits. food was very good, and if you can stomach the 30 min walk to the old town where all the good stuff is, then it's definitely worth the (fairly cheap) laterez room cost
