They provided us a small fan for our room for our hot visit, 31*C our last day. The car park was far cooler than our room. 8 Euro per day to park...a good bargain. Remember no A/C in most European hotels and this was no exception. We were on the street side, too hot not to open the window but too noisy to keep it open. we bought our own fan after the first night. Breakfast was included and it was outstanding.

A little out of town if you want to walk to it but it is well served by trams and the metro which are both a couple of minutes walk away. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help.

Although not centrally located, public transit was easily accessible. It had many amenities, good staff service, and an excellent breahfast included. We did find, however, that we slept poorly due to other very noisey hotel guests that continued their party late into the night despite our requests to hotel staff to quiet the guests. For this reason only, I would say we were greatly overcharged.

However, although I was on a non-smoking floor, once, I had to put up with an unpleasant smell of tobacco in the bathroom. It came from the ventilation system, probably someone smoking in the bathroom just below mine on a smoking floor. But it's OK, it happened only once in three days.

No smoking requested but not supplied. No great problem.

The hotel is within a 15-minute walk to the Munich train station. The room was quiet and clean and sufficiently big enough for one person.
