Very fine breakfast buffet. Restaurant was colsed but the Bistrot also offered an excellent meal. The room was pleasant and we appreciated very much the balcony (even when raining).

Reviewer: Laura Petican Date of review: 30 June 2006 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 5 Service 2 Room Size 3 Location 5 Amenities 4 Value for Money 4 there was one issue with regard to service. when we checked in we were informed that breakfast was included in our rate. when we checked out we were charged for it and had to explain to the staff member that her colleague told us that breakfast was included, which resulted in a terse conversation. in the end, the staff member honoured the statement of her colleague and reversed the charge, but it was an unpleasant way to leave your otherwise very agreeable establishment. the only inconvenience with respect to the room was that when we arrived and were given the keys to our room, it was dirty when we entered and had not been attended to by cleaning staff yet. we had to leave our bags and come back several hours later in order to have a clean room ready.
