Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Furnishing fine but not very design. Some rooms a bit old-fashioned For the price feel should have proper air-conditioning. Breakfast should be included.

Hotel facility is good enough for business purpose, and the staff is Ok to go with.

The staff was wonderful. Extremely polite and helpful. Room was good for a single traveler. All in all, a great stay.

Bed was not comfortable. Hotel restaurant was pricy. Breakfast, should have been included for the nightly price of the hotel. We paid 39 CHF for coffee and croissant, and poor service. Recommend Starbucks just around the corner at 1/3 the price.

I also thought it very poor that breakfast was not included. I would not recommend this hotel because of it's poor value for money, which is a pity as it is a well-presented and clean hotel in a very good location, and staff were generally friendly.

The hotel personnel were exceptionally helpful as well. I did hvae trouble with the inernet connection as the keyboard required new batteries which were not replaced despite two requests but it was a very busy weekend. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

May be you could provide coffee machine in the room I travel all over the world and I do appreciate that. we reaaly had a nice time the people at the Hotel made the stay wonderful.
