In Australia we hear the Switzerland is pure and clean and our stay at this hotel only enhanced this view. The staff were very helpful and assisted us politely through our language barrier. My children stayed with us in the room but there was ample space and spectacular views to ensure they were kept happy. Switzerland will be a place in our hearts and hopefully on our travel itinerary again.

The dining room is small and there is no bar area. We did feel theat the hotel had been misrepresented - fine if one wanted to go there for special treatments and diets but NOT a convential hotel at all
