THEY WERE A GREAT HELP WITH A LOST BAG AND THEIR RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS WERE VERY GOOD TOP FLOOR NEEDED ACCESS BY 13 STEPS. ROOM WAS LARGE BY ITALIAN STANDARDS AND VERY COMFORTABLE
