Shuttle service is free which is an excellent idea but unfortunately is only one way. Disappointed that you charge £7.00 per day for parking in the hotel car park. I think this is a way of ripping off your customers. The P&D machine was out of order and the notices to indicate a parking fee is misleading to your customers. We stayed over to attend a concert at the LG Arena and it served its purpose for a one night stay only.
