Given the price charged I expected better than a self-service continental breakfast. The hotel was conveniently situated. Staff were generally helful. The room was reasonable, though we had problems operating the heating/air conditioning unit. It frequentlyseemed to be blowing out cold air when we wanted warmth. Otherwise the facilities were all up to standard.

The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was clean. We think we might have left an inexpensive ring on the bedside table, perhaps someone would let us know if we did. The hotel was ideal in that it was 15 mins to our central location in Bath so we never needed to use our car during the stay. The fact that parking is available was a strong reason we booked with you as many town centre hotels require cars to be parked away from the hotel which means carrying luggage and worrying about security.

Very expensive considering all of above hence poor value for money rating, GBP248! To close to the lift, the loud automated voice info within the lift constantly disturbed our sleep throughout both nights. No Air Con within the room and the proximity to a very busy and noisey road requiring the window to be kept closed meant hot and stuffy atmosphere within the room.
