It had a free shuttle to the airport and also gave out free travel passes for public transport in Geneva, which is very good. The rooms were fairly well appointed and had good amenities, but their was no evening meals served. This is not really a problem as you are only 15 minutes from the city centre by public transport,and there is a great veriety off good reasonably priced restraunts.

However, arriving at the shuttle stop at the airport at 11.25pm and on asking, being told by the driver of another hotel shuttle that your one should arrive in 5 min, I waited till the Crown Plaza shuttle that did ts last run at midnight took pity on me and took me to your hotel. He said a taxi would not take me as the hotel is too close to the airport. On arrival, I mentioned this at the check-in desk. The driver of your shuttle said he left the airport at 11.30pm. Well, I assure you I was there at 11.25pm and he was not. This is why I marked service with a 3. Would have liked shampoo separately instead of a combind bath gel/shampoo

Clean pleasant room, although not as quiet as suggested by the advertised soundproofing. Soft beds.
