This needs to be explained to the customer and also when I left the hotel the staff were rude when checking out and also my wake up call didn't happen after asking for it the night before. With the hotel you cannot buy someone a few nights in the hotel without needing a credit card, surely this is possible. That really annoyed me as it was a present. I know you facilitated this but I felt that if I didn't get there on time to guarantee the payment that the people whom I bought the room for were going to be thrown out, not a nice feeling when on holiday. TOO STRESSFUL!

It only took 5 mins in the courtesy bus which we caught from just outside the airport. The check in was very easy despite us arriving close to midnight. Very clean

I had a car throuhout the whole time and I had to take and pay for the tickets far too often. Would be good if one could buy 1, 2, 3...7 day tickets (rather for discounted prices) in order to avoid the hassle
