However, we can say that we were pleased with the room which was light, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We arranged an early morning call to catch our plane which we received. They also arranged and chased up the taxi for us. Unfortunately, because we had an early flight we had to miss breakfast so cannot comment on the food.

Otherwise we found everthing very good. The decor was very pleasing; the atmosphere, temperature and lighting were excellent; wonderfully quiet, in spite of quite a busy location.

I thought that being so close I would be able to get to the airport for my flight using your shuttle bus service. I was therefore a little suprised and upset to find out that the shuttle service does not start until 6.30am when my flight left at 6.55am and I therefore needed to check-in at 6.00am. I had to tka e a taxi, and the price of that was almost the same as if I had to come across town!! I suggest that you extend the period of your shuttle service so that it does enable patrons to catch the early morning flights. Most other airport hotels I stay in have this arranged. The other point I would make is that at Euro 20, the broadband facitlity in the room is expensive. Many other hotels now include this for free, or at the very least have a nominal charge of say Euro 5. I also appreciated that the hotel did not press for the cancellation fee for a previous booking, despite the fact that when I called it was outside the stated cancellation fee hours (my plane was late in arrival to Gatwick and I missed the connection to Toulouse; by the time I was able to call it was after 4pm). Apart from that I was very happy with the hotel - it is new, clean, and the staff are helpful.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Nice breakfast. Rates a bit high.
