However this one in particular has given me much surprise! Its convenient to travel to the city, the location is not too bad and its on a quiet area, many good restaurants nearby, rooms are so clean and tidy, and staffs are helpful.

For this price, we expected a higher standard of hotel service at reception, a more spacious room and bathroom. They were small. We also expected better toiletries for £140 per night. The toilet roll holder was so flimsy it kept being dislodged. The television reception in the room was hazy, not sharp like it should be. The double bed was a double bed, not a king size bed as was expected for a room that cost £140 per night. Other then what's been said above, everything else about the hotel was alright. Breakfast wasn't too bad if you don't expect a hot breakfast. Coffee came from a machine which wasn't great. We expected at least proper freshly brewed coffee. Public transportation was great as the bus stop was just outside the hotel and it takes one straight to the city centre and other sightseeing places.
