Went off to find the internet access to let home know we had arrived, was none. Needing drink by now went in search of friendly bar, it was broke? (their words not mine). Resturant not open, so off into seedy neighbourhood to try and find food. Room very small, veiw of concrete wall next door, no linen to sleep with. Yes it was a bit cheaper than most but still overpriced for no facilities.

I thought the days were over when hotel baths and basins had no plugs - not here.
