Staff were extremely polite and helpful. good location with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. About 15 minutes pleasant walk into centre by the cathedral. Considering breakfast was included in price it was very good value. We overheard someone complaining about noise from hotel bar which didn,t trouble us, maybe because we were on the 4th floor. Only negatives were no hairdryer in bathroom and tea/coffee facilities in room would have been a plus. We had a couple of nightcaps in hotel bar and the service was very good.
