The staff is courteous, professional, helpful, competent. There was a peculiar smell in the room but not so bad as to give this hotel a bad review. I have spoken to my friends about the hotel and how wonderful it was to see the fountain early in the morning when noone was there or very late at night. The breakfast room is pleasant. All in all it was a good stay and I shall go again if possible.
