We found the hotel very well situated - close to several metro stations & the main Barcelona Sants railway station. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful in every respect. All staff we dealt with were proficient in English. The hotel room was a good size for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom ensuite facilities were very good and well appointed with soaps etc. the only fault we had was that the airconditioning seemed not to be variable for the room. However the windows open so fresh air was not a problem, although traffic noise was noticeable with the window open. The local neighbourhood is friendly and there are lots of eating and shopping places around. The big L'Ille shopping centre is only a few blocks away. All in all we had a great time in Barcelona and would recommend the NH Forum to our friends or anyone who wants a good hotel in a good location
